Cancellation fees will not apply if the cause is sickness due to COVID-19. Please notify me ASAP if that is the case and I will work with you to get you rescheduled.
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more of your scheduled appointment time, you risk possibility of shortened, or canceled service and will still be charged 100% of the current service price.
Please allow 48 hours to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the service(s) booked.
